There were also guest performances by reggae sensation Bobo Ike, and Hip Hop artists Bey Chaino, Ju Byron, & Vless; artists who have been making a name for themselves on the Bahamian music scene.

The boxing day event was the official premier of the video performance concert series. Artjoy Concert Series began in 2018 as a quarantine performance event where participating artists were given the opportunity to unify during the lockdowns following all Covid protocols of course. Various creatives have come together to record, edit and promote performances with a live acoustic band amidst the beautiful scenes at Bay Bush Tea Gardens.

Since its launch there have been 11 artists featured. Each episode focuses on capturing professional quality audio and visuals for our viewers, which turns out to be a major independent production requiring significant financial investment. Already reaching an international audience, Artjoy is showcased routinely on Tempo Networks.

Roots market is a space for artisans and other creatives to showcase their goods and services, while patrons enjoy live entertainment from members of the 242 Artist family. Stay tuned as we look to highlight well deserving talent from around the Bahama Islands. The 242 Artist Network Administration team is grateful for the show of love and support. We thank everyone that helped to make this event a success.
